Marijuana Infused Milk & Coffee /Cocoa Drinks

What better way to enjoy your morning coffee than infusing cannabis into milk or cream and then making hot and cold marijuana coffee and cocoa drinks. Great at night too.

Infused Cream
 3 - 4 Grams Ground Marijuana Flowers and/or 1 -2 Grams Kief
 1 Cup Evaporated Milk (Or Whole Milk, Half & Half)
Hot Coffee:
 4 - 6 oz Coffee Beans (Ground to desired grind)
 2 - 8 tablespoons Infused Cream
 2 - 4 tsp Sugar (optional)
Cold Coffee:
 4 - 6 oz Coffee Beans (Ground to desired grind)
 2 - 8 tablespoons Infused Cream
 Sugar (optional)
 Ice
 Flavorings (optional)
Cocoa (Hot or Cold):
 2 - 8 tablespoons Infused Cream
 1 Cup Milk
 1 teaspoon Cocoa Powder
 1 tablespoon Sugar
 Pinch Salt
 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Step 1. Process Marijuana

Preheat oven to exactly 250 Degrees Fahrenheit (121C).

Grind or finely chop 3 -4 grams of dried marijuana flowers. (You can also use 1 - 2 grams of kief or a combination of both dried flowers and kief) Place marijuana in small oven safe dish, lid and place in preheated oven.

Let heat for exactly [[timer length=17]17 Minutes[/timer]].

Remove from oven and cool.

Step 2. Infuse milk and marijuana

Place activated marijuana in double boiler over boiling water.

Add 1 cup milk to the marijuana.

Mix gently.

Constantly stir the mixture gently and let infuse for [[timer length=30]30 Minutes[/timer]]

Remove from heat and strain through mesh or cheesecloth

Make Hot Coffee

Prepare coffee per your normal method

add 1 -2 tablespoons of infused cream into each cup

stir and enjoy

Make Cold Coffee

Prepare coffee, while still warm add sugar or sweetener of choice if desired as well as any flavorings.

Let flavored coffee chill in refrigerator until cold.

Pour chilled coffee over ice and add 1 -2 tablespoons of infused cream per your taste. Mix and serve immediately.

Make Hot/Cold Cocoa

Heat milk until very hot and steaming.

Pour into a coffee cup and stir in the cocoa, sugar, vanilla and salt.

Add 1 - 2 tablespoons of the infused cream to your taste.

Serve hot or chill for a delicious cold chocolate milk drink.

Once you infuse the marijuana into the cream the proportions and ingredients of your coffee and cocoa drinks is very adaptable to your own needs and/or taste.

  1. No f****** way in hell after doing the double boiler thing for 30 minutes will you have four to eight servings of cream. I tried this and maybe had 2 to 3 tablespoons.

  2. I’m assuming these directions can be use with sweet coffee creamers…not a big milk person in coffee ( needed flavor ). Thanks for making these recipes available online, love the fact you can change serving size.

  3. Hi there. You mentioned when making ice cream using marijuana infused milk that you added soja lecithin. I do not see it on the list of ingredients for making the milk. How much lecithin do you use to infuse one cup of milk? thank you.
