Preheat oven to 350° F. Use 2 tablespoons of melted cannabutter to grease 9” baking dish. Add in hazelnuts and salt. Roll nuts around in pan to coat with butter. Toast the hazelnuts nuts in oven for 10 - 12 minutes until lightly brown and fragrant. Divide out 2 tablespoons and chop fine for topping, reserve. Use butt of knife handle to split remaining nuts into large chunks, reserve in pan with remaining butter.
Grind coffee beans very fine. Make about ⅓ cup of espresso or extra strong coffee, reserve.
Combine butter and espresso into brownie mix and mix.
Layer larger nuts on bottom of 9” square pan. Carefully pour mix over nuts into pan and bake according to package instructions. (Usually about 350° F for 30 - 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.)
Cool completely then ice with cream cheese icing. Sprinkle reserved hazelnuts evenly over the top.
Slice, serve and blast off.
