This easy recipe for cannabis infused fudge is so smooth and decadent that you'll wonder if you actually made it yourself. Not only because it's so delicious but also because it's really loaded with THC.

Activate cannabis by grinding and baking in oven for 25 minutes at 250° F
Clarify the butter over medium high heat scooping out all of the white milk solids leaving a translucent yellow butter oil.
Infuse cannabis into clarified butter over a double boiler for 1 hour. Strain and press oil from cannabis with a fine mesh filter or cheesecloth.
If using a concentrated cannabis you can skip the first step and infuse the cannabis into the clarified butter for 20 minutes. If using both, wait until after dry herb is strained from the butter, then return the partially infused oil to the double boiler and add in the concentrates to continue infusing for 20 minutes.
After butter is infused divide ¼ cup into medium saucepan. Butter a 9X9 square pan for the fudge. Then use remaining butter to pour over chopped nuts in oven safe dish. Salt the nuts and toast in the oven for 10 minutes or so on 350° F.
Heat the butter in the saucepan over low heat, stirring in chocolate and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until smooth, then add in nuts, stir to combine.
Pour hot fudge into greased pan. Gently tap on the counter to remove bubbles of air and put in refrigerator for at least 2 hours to fully set.
Remove from pan, cut into squares, store in airtight container in refrigerator or serve and enjoy!

I’m a little confused about the butter situation. Do I use the infused butter to butter the pan and pour over the nuts? Any help you could give would be much appreciated.

Can you make this with coconut oil the same way I’d melt my chocolate for other goodies .. or can I infuse my condensed milk … instead of butter
You can infuse flower with coconut oil.. same way with the double boiler..
But I would place the decarbed flower in a cheese cloth ball.

Can you use rick Simpson oil (syringe ) if you don’t have the rosin chips, and if so, how much?
You should be good to add your dosage based on your usual oral dosage then multiply times the number of pieces of fudge that you will cut it into.
About how potent is this recipe?
This is an easy recipe if you have a minute. I used a little too much chocolate, so when I added the sweetened condensed milk and baked nuts it was a very thick mixture to stir. Also, I used an 8×8 glass baking pan so they will be cut thick when they’re done. Actually could have used a 9×13 and made 40. My yeild will be 30@30mgs each of Grandaddy Purple concentrate 91.5% THC. Can’t wait to taste my THC infused fudge and get a good night’s sleep! Thanks for the easy recipe.
Just use ghee instead of clarifing the butter. Save time and a step

You may have either used a little too much butter or not enough chocolate (or both at once!)
This was super simple. I toasted pecans in the remaining butter and poured butter and nuts into the chocolate mixture. Strong taste of cannabis instantly on the tongue followed by a really great fudge taste.

I would only use coconut oil infused because it shouldn’t stay liquid. It helps the fudge stay together. No liquid oil.

How do you, or can you, use the Double Delicious Infusionz in this recipe instead of resin?
