2 hours in advance melt chocolate chip in a double boiler. Add in the infused oil and whisk until blended and smooth.
Pour infused chocolate into candy bar molds. (Or onto parchment paper if no molds available). Cool for at least 1 hour in freezer or 2 hours in refrigerator.
Build a fire and roast marshmallows on a stick over the flame.
Place a warm roasted marshmallow on a halved graham cracker. Stack piece of the infused chocolate on top and sandwich with the cracker top.
