    1. Only way is to know the % of your starting material, then divide it by the portions you made. For instance if you had 4 grams of BHO at 70% thats 2,800mg THC total. If you made 100 candies that would be 28mg per candy. Safe to assume you lose some in the process so take off 2-3 mg per dose and you have a very realistic estimate of what the dosage is.

    1. Everclear or whole grain alcohol is BEST for tincture & extraction. The higher quality & proof, the MORE thc & cbd extracted. Go to leafy.com use the dosage calculator after inputting your ingredients list. 😘💨🙏

  1. Sergio, I JUST asked the same thing in the comment section on YouTube.

    I would thing 20mg, maybe? I don’t know. Maybe he’ll chime in….

  2. You should know roughly the strength of your cannabis so eg. 18-25% THC. All we do is calculate how many lollipops you made, how much cannabis we used, ie we have only made losenges with c-oil so take the grams used in the mixture and divide by sweets. Just as an example, we took 2grams of C-oil divided it by 58 losenges and got around 23-25mg/lozenge. It seems to work for us.

  3. I love yalls recipws. Ive been making gummies ahd rice crispie treats. Im ready to try suckers. What do the mods look like snd where do i get sticks?

    1. Just type in sucker molds and they will have all different kinds. Circles, animals, etc. They aren’t expensive either

  4. lol First attempt. I let it cool to 250 but by the time I added the tincture, it was too hard to pour or even stir. Any suggestions?

    1. In my experiences, when you add tincture when the stuff is at 250, it tends to immediately stiffen the ingredients due to temperature differences. What I do is turn the stove plate back on just long enough to remelt the solution, then once you have remaining ingredients in and mixed enough, then pull away from heat and pour into molds.

      1. Thanks for answering. That makes sense but I was worried about overheating the tincture. I’ll try this way soon. thanks again.

      2. When I added the tiniture the same happened to me but a lot of evaporation as well, can you add the tiniture when it’s at 300c

  5. Everything went perfect except I noticed the candy was sticky n after a day or two it actually started looking like it was melting…cant figure out what I did wrong or how could I prevent it

  6. To know for sure use a product like a Tcheck2 (or similar) to get an accurate reading on your butter, oil or, tincture. Then put the numbers in a CBV calculator (online) and you will get the exact numbers. Compare those numbers to an edible dosage chart and you can easily tell how not to give cancer patient dosages to new users.

  7. Made this recipe today, they seem tacky/sticky and my thermometer is brand new, actually went a little over 300. I used regular glycerin not vegetable could that be the problem?

  8. I used this recipe, I calibrated my thermometer before, made sure it got to 300 but the candy isn’t getting firm after leaving them overnight. Any idea what I could have done wrong?

  9. The lollipops go sticky if you try dry them in the fridge or if you dont cook the extra moisture from your flavouring out

  10. do not use water. It makes them sticky and then they are hard to put into wrappers. Just eliminate the water altogether. Trust me on this one guys, I have been making these for a year every couple days.
