This Faux Fig Jam is sweet & delicious on warm biscuits or a PB&J plus the added benefits of being infused with cannabis.

 3.50 g cannabis flowers (4 - 6 grams rosin chips)
 1 tbsp coconut oil
 ½ tsp liquid lecithin (sunflower/ soy)
 1 ½ cups fresh figs (Destemmed and quartered)
 1 ¼ cups sugar
 1 3 oz package jello (strawberry/ raspberry)
 ½ tsp lemon/ lime juice (optional)

Grind and de-stem cannabis. Place in heat safe bowl, cover and decarb in oven for 35 minutes at 250° F.

Remove from oven, add in oil and lecithin. Return cover and return to oven, infuse for 2 hours at 250° F

Prep figs. Cut off stems, quarter and pack 1 ½ cups into measuring container(s).

Combine all remaining ingredients. Cook over medium-low heat about 15 minutes or until it’s stick to spoon a for a couple of seconds.

Pour while hot into clean jelly jar, top and and cool completely or chill before enjoying
