Baked Blue Cheese or Ranch coated Hot Wings with Cannabis Infused Buffalo Sauce Recipe perfect for game nights and parties.

 3 lbs fresh whole chicken wings
 ½ cup blue cheese powder (or Ranch/Blue Cheese Dressing Mix)
 2 tsp SaltOmit if using salad dressing mix
 2 tsp Black Pepper
 ¼ cup Butter
 ¼ cup Infused Butter
 ½ cup Hot SauceYour choice
 2 tbsp Fresh Chiveschopped

Prep wings bu separating flaps from the drums and clipping the wing tip. Place prepped wings put in 1 gallon storage bag, set aside.

Mix salt, pepper and blue cheese powder in small bowl. Add to bag and toss chicken to coat thoroughly.

Place wings in a single layer in greased baking dish. Bake at 375° for 25 mins. Turn the chicken and bake another 25 minutes. Raise temperature to 425°F and continue baking until golden brown with crispy edges. 10 - 15 minutes more.

While chicken finishes cooking place butter, infused butter and hot sauce in a small saucepan on low heat. Stir until melted together and fully mixed, keep warm.

Chop fresh chives. Garnish wings and serve hot with the infused hot sauce on the side and/or drizzled over the top.
