This recipe is called 5X Baked Flan because it has regular cannabis, activated cannabis, kief, rosin chips and infused coconut oil all combined for an extra potent celebratory baked flan, all in honor of Mexican independence!
In honor of Cinco de Mayo I made 5X Baked Flan, which is infused with 5 Kinds of Cannabis. Cooking With Marijuana taken up a notch!

Grind and activate cannabis in oven preheated to 250 degrees F for 25 minutes
Combine activated cannabis and 1 can of evaporated milk in a saucepan on low heat. Mix and stir over low heat for about 1 hour to infuse the THC into the milk. Remove from heat and strain. Set aside to cool after adding enough milk to bring it back to 12 ounces.
Add sugar to a non-stick small pan over med-high heat, heat until it dissolves, melts and is caramelized. It will be a dark amber color. Divide the caramel equally into the bottom of your baking dishes.
In a large bowl combine remaining ingredients and mix well, add in the cooled and infused evaporated milk and mix until silky.
Pour batter into the ramekins or custard dishes on top of the sugar. Place the dishes into a water bath and bake the flan and water bath for about 45 mins for small dishes (or 1 hour for large combined flan).
Remove from oven and let cool completely.
When cool, use a knife to free the edge and invert into a plate with a lip to hold the caramel sauce. Serve and enjoy.

Hello there, I was wondering if I can just use decarb flower or does the recipe have to be with the three types of cannabis?
Also, I make a Guava crumble bread pudding that is pretty spectacular. I would like to pick your brain about how to and when to incorporate the cannabis? I would be honored if you used my recipe for one of your shows, to show me what you think.
Best wishes,
Sandra
