Marijuana Pizza/ Cannabis Olive Oil Infusion

Learn to infuse Olive Oil with dried Cannabis flowers or kief/hash and then use it to make crispy delicious marijuana pizzas from scratch with your choice of toppings .

Marijuana Olive Oil Extract
Step 1: Make Dough
1In a large bowl, combine yeast with water, olive oil, salt. Mix and allow to proof.
2Add half of the flour and mix well to thoroughly incorporate. Add all remaining flour except 1/2 cup and mix well with your hands.
3Transfer dough to a lightly floured work surface and knead dough for at least 5 and up to 7 minutes, adding enough additional flour as necessary to form a smooth and elastic dough. Dough should not be sticky.
4Transfer dough to a lightly oiled 2 or 3 quart bowl and turn to coat with oil. Cover with a damp towel and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, usually at least 1 hour.
Step 2: Decarboxylate/ Infuse Oil
1Preheat Oven to 250 Degrees (F)
2Grind the marijuana if using dry flower.
3Combine marijuana (or hash, kief, BHO, etc.) into a small, oven safe container.
4Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Cover tightly with foil or sealed lid.
5Place in oven (On pizza stone if available) for [[[[timer length=30]30 Minutes[/timer]]]].
6Remove from the oven and let cool.
7(If making your own dough) Divide dough into 2 portions ( 2 - 12" pizzas) and form into balls.
8Place on a lightly oiled baking sheet and cover with a damp towel. Let rest for 15 minutes before shaping.
Step 3: Make/Bake Pizza
1Preheat Oven to 450 Degrees (F), place Pizze Stone on Center Rack.
2Roll or toss your pizza dough into 2 - 12” pizzas.
3Transfer dough to Pizza Peel. (Or use inverted cookie sheet with flour or corn meal underneath.)
4On each pizza, spread 2 tablespoons of the marijuana infused oil and spread evenly. Spread the the sauce evenly onto the pizza, top with cheeses and your choice of toppings.
5Transfer to the preheated pizza stone and bake 15 - 20 Minutesuntil crispy and brown with bubbling cheese.
