Marijuana Infused Milk & Coffee /Cocoa Drinks

What better way to enjoy your morning coffee than infusing cannabis into milk or cream and then making hot and cold marijuana coffee and cocoa drinks. Great at night too.

Ingredients

Infused Cream

3 - 4 Grams Ground Marijuana Flowers and/or 1 -2 Grams Kief

1 Cup Evaporated Milk (Or Whole Milk, Half & Half)

Hot Coffee:

4 - 6 oz Coffee Beans (Ground to desired grind)

2 - 8 tablespoons Infused Cream

2 - 4 tsp Sugar (optional)

Cold Coffee:

4 - 6 oz Coffee Beans (Ground to desired grind)

2 - 8 tablespoons Infused Cream

Sugar (optional)

Ice

Flavorings (optional)

Cocoa (Hot or Cold):

2 - 8 tablespoons Infused Cream

1 Cup Milk

1 teaspoon Cocoa Powder

1 tablespoon Sugar

Pinch Salt

1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

Step 1. Process Marijuana

1Preheat oven to exactly 250 Degrees Fahrenheit (121C).

2Grind or finely chop 3 -4 grams of dried marijuana flowers. (You can also use 1 - 2 grams of kief or a combination of both dried flowers and kief) Place marijuana in small oven safe dish, lid and place in preheated oven.

3Let heat for exactly [timer length=17]17 Minutes[/timer].

4Remove from oven and cool.

Step 2. Infuse milk and marijuana

1Place activated marijuana in double boiler over boiling water.

2Add 1 cup milk to the marijuana.

3Mix gently.

4Constantly stir the mixture gently and let infuse for [timer length=30]30 Minutes[/timer]

5Remove from heat and strain through mesh or cheesecloth

Make Hot Coffee

1Prepare coffee per your normal method

2add 1 -2 tablespoons of infused cream into each cup

3stir and enjoy

Make Cold Coffee

1Prepare coffee, while still warm add sugar or sweetener of choice if desired as well as any flavorings.

2Let flavored coffee chill in refrigerator until cold.

3Pour chilled coffee over ice and add 1 -2 tablespoons of infused cream per your taste. Mix and serve immediately.

Make Hot/Cold Cocoa

1Heat milk until very hot and steaming.

2Pour into a coffee cup and stir in the cocoa, sugar, vanilla and salt.

3Add 1 - 2 tablespoons of the infused cream to your taste.

4Serve hot or chill for a delicious cold chocolate milk drink.

Once you infuse the marijuana into the cream the proportions and ingredients of your coffee and cocoa drinks is very adaptable to your own needs and/or taste.
