1Melt infused cocoa butter in a double boiler set up.
2Sift together cocoa powder and powdered sugar.
3Grind powdered milk in blender until very fine.
4Combine powdered milk into cocoa butter and whisk until blended.
5Add in cocoa powder and sugar, whisk.
6Add in vanilla extract and salt, whisk, remove from heat.
7Pour into molds and let cool.
