Cannabis Infused Milk Chocolate

Sweet, rich and creamy this is the way cannabis infused milk chocolate should taste.

  • Prep: 2 hrs
  • Cook: 1 hr
  • Yields: 6 - 8 Bars


½ cup infused cocoa butter

½ cup powdered sugar

¼ cup powdered whole milk (powdered fine in blender)

¼ cup cocoa powder

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Chopped nuts or dried fruit (optional)


1Melt infused cocoa butter in a double boiler set up.

2Sift together cocoa powder and powdered sugar.

3Grind powdered milk in blender until very fine.

4Combine powdered milk into cocoa butter and whisk until blended.

5Add in cocoa powder and sugar, whisk.

6Add in vanilla extract and salt, whisk, remove from heat.

7Pour into molds and let cool.

This recipe is GARBAGE. I followed the recipe to a T and the powdered milk didn’t dissolve and the chocolate was Grainy

I have used this recipe easily a half dozen times, and every time they turn out great! I use a lot more bud in the cocoa butter though, 4x the amount suggested. Follow the instructions that is provided and they will turn ou perfect… thx for the recipe!

I have used this recipe twice. both times the chocolates sweat at room temp. Dark chocolate turns out fine though.
