Cannabis Infused Cocoa Butter

Learn a very easy way to make Cannabis Infused Cocoa Butter For making chocolate, lotions, ointments and more.

  • Yields: 2 Cups


14 grams dried cannabis flowers

1 lb (2 cups) Food Grade Cocoa Butter

2 teaspoons Soy Lecithin (optional)


1Grind and Decarboxylate cannabis in oven preheated at 250° F for 25 minutes

2Melt cocoa butter in top of a double boiler. Combine cannabis and lecithin into oil.

3Infused uncovered for 1 - 2 hours.

4Strain cannabis infused oil through cheesecloth or fine mesh screen filter to remove the plant material.

5Let cool in refrigerator, chop and store until needed or use as is for a moisturizer.
