CannaBanana Bread with ABV Marijuana Butter

ABV marijuana and Decarbed cannabis is used to make cannabutter and then deliciously edible medicated cannabanana bread.

Ingredients

1 stick + 3 tbs unsalted butter, cut in cubes

7 - 14 grams ABV Marijuana

1 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

3 ripe bananas

1 tablespoon milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp ground cinnamon

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

Directions

1Clarify butter

2Add ABV marijuana to butter.

3Simmer butter and marijuana over double boiler for 45 mins - 1 hour.

4Filter marijuana out of hot butter by pouring through layers of cheesecloth.

5Let butter cool to room temp.

6Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.

7Butter a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan.

8Cream the sugar and ABV butter in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.

9Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

10In a small bowl, mash the bananas with a fork. Mix in the milk and cinnamon.

11In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

12Add the banana mixture to the creamed mixture and stir until combined.

13Add dry ingredients, mixing just until flour disappears.

14Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

15Set aside to cool on a rack for 15 minutes.

16Remove bread from pan, invert onto rack and cool completely before slicing.
